Super Bins Auction Terms of Use

Welcome to the Super Bins Online Auction Platform. These Terms of Use govern your access to and participation in auctions operated by Super Bins (“Super Bins,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing the auction platform or placing a bid, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in our auctions.

1. About Our Auctions

Super Bins purchases returned and overstock merchandise from major retailers and sells these items through online auctions.

All auctions start at $1 regardless of retail price.

Winning bidders may pick up their items at our Super Bins Sawgrass location.

All bids placed on the platform are binding commitments to purchase.

2. Condition of Items

All items sold through our auction platform are categorized into one of the following condition codes:

New

The item is brand new.

Like New

Items that appear to be new or have never been previously used.

Used

Items that were sold by a retailer and previously used before being returned by the customer.

Used items may include:

• Opened boxes

• Missing pieces

• Cosmetic damage

• Scratches or tears

• Non-functional components

• Other defects

Unless otherwise stated, bidders should assume that Used items may be damaged or incomplete.

3. Item Inspection Policy

Used Items

Items labeled Used may be inspected at any time prior to purchase at our store location.

New or Like New Items

Items labeled New or Like New cannot be inspected before purchase.

Buyers can inspect items at pickup. Items that are "New" may be refunded at the discretion of the manager if a problem is discovered at pickup. The buyer may only request a refund at that time only.

Once the buyer leaves the store with the item, no refund requests will be accepted.

4. Final Sale Policy

All auction sales are final.

Super Bins does not accept returns or exchanges.

Because items are not fully tested, we allow customers to inspect Used items prior to purchase.

Once an item is purchased and removed from the store, no refunds or returns will be permitted.

5. Auction Fees

In addition to the final winning bid price (“Hammer Price”), the following fees apply:

Buyer’s Premium

15% of the final bid price

Lot Fee

$1 per item

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be applied where required.

6. Payment

Winning bidders must complete payment through the platform in order to claim their items.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Cancellation of the order

• Suspension or banning from future auctions

• Loss of bidding privileges

7. Item Pickup

Winning bidders must pick up their items at:

Super Bins Sawgrass Location

Buyers must bring the email receipt confirmation in order to claim their item(s).

Items must be picked up within three (3) business days after the close of the auction.

8. Failure to Pick Up Items

Items not picked up within the 3 business day pickup window will:

• No longer be available for pickup

• Be subject to a restocking fee

• Be forfeited by the buyer

Super Bins reserves the right to resell any unclaimed items.

9. Auction Integrity

Super Bins reserves the right to:

• Cancel auctions

• Remove bids

• Refuse service

• Suspend or terminate accounts

This may occur if we believe a user is engaging in:

• Fraudulent activity

• Auction manipulation

• Non-payment

• Abuse of the platform

10. Limitation of Liability

All items are sold as-is and with no guarantees unless explicitly stated.

Super Bins is not responsible for:

• Manufacturing defects

• Missing parts

• Damage discovered after leaving the store

• User misunderstanding of item condition

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the item.

11. Changes to Terms

Super Bins reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.

Updates will become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued participation in auctions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
